Leadership, Perspective, and the Foundation of Cocodage

The Meaning Behind the Name
The name Cocodage emanates from “Coco” - chocolate, a soothing and delightful snack that feeds your soul and the word “Adage,” a segment of dance often found in ballet class requiring discipline, hard work, and alignment to be successful.
Together, the term Cocodage signifies finding your sweet spot - the place where passion, purpose, creativity, and direction merge.
About the Founder
Chantal Michel Healey is the founder of Cocodage, a coaching and consulting practice dedicated to helping individuals, artists, and nonprofits find their sweet spot — the place where passion, purpose, creativity, and direction align.
With more than two decades of experience in arts leadership, law and community-based work, Healey brings a deep understanding of how people and organizations grow when their values and actions are in harmony.
Healey previously served as Executive Director of the Chicago Public Art Group, one of the nation’s leading nonprofit public art organizations. During her tenure, she oversaw more than 36 public art installations across Chicago, including landmark projects such as the Coiled Serpent Mound in Horner Park, major mural commissions for the Chicago Public Library, and the preservation of Solidarity, one of the oldest labor murals in the country.
Healey has worked closely with artists, individuals, community leaders, and cultural institutions, guiding complex projects from vision to realization. This work revealed a consistent truth: the most powerful outcomes emerge when people are aligned with their purpose and when creativity is supported by clarity and structure.
Through Cocodage, Healey now brings this experience into one-on-one coaching and organizational consulting, helping clients navigate transition, articulate their vision, and move forward with confidence and intention. Her approach blends strategic thinking with deep listening, honoring both discipline and imagination.
Here at Cocodage, we believe that meaningful change happens when people discover their sweet spot — where who they are meets what they do and why it matters.
